1 General Information and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between l444ap ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). l444ap operates an online gaming and betting platform for adults residing in Bangladesh.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → receive ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for the purpose for which they were given.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.
• l444ap reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%.

6 Betting Rules

On the l444ap platform you can bet on cricket, football and other sports events, as well as play live casino games and slots.

• Once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled, although a cancellation option may be available in certain specific circumstances.
• Bets placed due to a technical error may not be valid — in such cases the deposited amount will be returned.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned.
• Bets placed on the basis of incorrect score or result information will be subject to review.
• l444ap may withhold payment on bets related to suspicious betting or match fixing.

Odds Changes

If the odds change after a bet is confirmed, payment will be made at the odds at the time the bet was placed. In live betting, odds may change instantly.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l444ap platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Fraud, deception or attempting to gain an advantage through illegal means.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Attempting to modify or hack the platform's software, data or code.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Match fixing or using insider information for unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and legal action may be taken.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

l444ap may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incorrect.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• If you apply to close your account yourself under responsible gaming.
